The Glory of the Shed Blood of Jesus in Worship

We are at the edge of stepping across a threshold in worship like no other time in history. There are so many things that have been saved for this last hour, worship being one of the main venues of the release that is coming. I know that worship has barely touched what it is able to release into the atmosphere and will play a big role in the release of the miracles and salvation that are about to be displayed in the earth.

For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved IT IS THE POWER OF GOD – 1 Cor. 1:17-18

Christ crucified…I consistently find myself coming back to the power of the cross and the blood of Jesus in my thoughts. In fact, I pray for songs that will portray it in such a way that no man can stand in the opening up of the revelation of the resurrection power of Jesus Christ. It’s the power of the blood that surpasses all the melodies, all the poetry of words, all the reasoning and understanding of man. I would urge all worship leaders to ask the Holy Spirit for songs that bring revelation and release the power of the blood in the hearts of worshippers everywhere.

God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. – Gal. 6:14

The power that is in one drop of the blood of Jesus would make the atom bomb look like a little firecracker. We must come into the revelation of the act of the shedding of His blood for ALL mankind, that nothing would be able to stand in resistance to the authority of it – no disease or infirmity, not even death. I believe that He is going to reveal the power of Jesus’ blood in these last days. We would do well to begin to seek the Lord on this and ask Him to give the songs that bring the glory of this revelation in the midst of the congregation.

Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory. – Ps.63:2

I know in my heart that songs about the blood and the cross of Christ will bring His glory into the room like nothing else as we step into that place of understanding the power that lies therein. The glory of God was made manifest upon the earth by the Word made flesh in Jesus and what He came to this earth to do. We need more worship songs that the whole body can join in with the hosts of heaven giving Him what He deserves in the way of recognition for what He did on the cross on our behalf.

Saying with a loud voice,
Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing. – Rev. 5:12

It’s all about the Lamb that was slain — the only One worthy to take the book and to break its seal. Let the revelation of His worthiness be revealed to us and become an ever unfolding revelation in us. Let the power of what He did on that cross be sung in our hearts and with our mouths to release into the atmosphere faith that ignites with His glory. Let the resurrection power of His shed blood be released in our hearts and fill the atmosphere with songs and worship pertaining to this truth. Let it bring the mass healings in worship that are, truly, just around the corner.

There is something to the sound of glory being given to Him in honor of what He did on the cross and what His blood has already accomplished – resurrection life! That means the dead raised, and the healing of ALL manner of diseases. We need to have the sound and the songs being written and released, filling the temple with His glory cloud. This revelation will activate faith in the hearts of men and women and children as we become one with Him in this truth being made manifest. The songs will release it in the midst of the congregation through us and to us.

Lord, let it be and let it be now. Release Your angels with those songs that have been saved for this very hour for the great last revival, causing the hearts of humanity to be healed physically, mentally and spiritually by the power thereof. Lord, let the healings, miracles, and salvations come in the midst of worship, as we all join with one voice and one sound, singing those very songs so that no man would receive glory – only You. Amen.

And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony. – Rev. 12:11

Let us position ourselves to receive from the storehouse of heaven those songs that have been saved for this time that speak of the resurrection power of the blood of the Lamb, Christ crucified, and our own testimony of overcoming by that very power applied in our lives. O, that the glory cloud would come suddenly and fill the temple so that no man could stand in the manifest presence of His glory as a result of this worship rising as an incense to his throne, alluring Him to come. Come Lord!
