The Shepherd’s Rod 1996

This year, as we pass under the Shepherd’s Rod, He evaluates us to determine if He discovers love in us. If He does, then He approves of us and positions us to go to the next level. The primary thing He approves of is love, for that is the fulfillment of the law. (Romans 13:10) If you have His love residing in you, He will promote you and release you into His work in the coming season of the Spirit.

LACK OF JUSTICE

At the end of 1995, our judicial system permitted a great wrong to go unpunished in a highly publicized celebrity trial broadcast throughout the whole world. During this years season of Yom Kippur, our nation was hit by a devastating hurricane by the name of Opal. This was no coincidence. God sovereignly allows all of these things with purpose and a message because of unrighteousness. Hurricanes, tornadoes, and other natural disasters are denoting divine disturbances in the earth. All of us felt the consequences of these in some measure. However, you’ll find the places with flagrant spirits of pleasure and gratification of flesh, received the greatest impact of these calamities, signifying the Lord’s displeasure in these areas of sin.

Many people erroneously believe the Lord is pleased with things that are going on in this country. Unfortunately, that is a deception. The issues of abortion, homosexuality and rampant lawlessness grieve the Holy Spirit and defile the land according to Leviticus 18.

We must come before the Lord with a heart of repentance, like Daniel whom the scriptures describe as one of “high esteem” and greatly beloved. In his great prayer of repentance, the prophet cries out on his behalf and those of his people, not because of any merits of his own…but because of the Lord’s lovingkindness and mercy. (Daniel 9)

During the previous year the Lord allowed us to prophesy there would be double storms hitting this nation. It has now become history with two hurricanes striking the Gulf Coast along the Pensacola, FL area. Metrologist reported that it would be an incredible phenomena for two hurricanes to hit the same city in a century. Now we have two hurricanes striking the same location within a matter of days of one another. This is clearly a prophetic sign denoting the double portion that is being released in the church.

With the storms came considerable rainfall signifying the anointed teaching that will be produced through the emerging Zadok priesthood. These anointed priests or teachers will begin to authenticate that which is holy and separate that which is profane. This will allow us to be sanctified in truth and presentable to the Lord as a consecrated vessel.

Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth. (John 17:17)

THE ZADOK PRIESTHOOD

The ultimate purpose of the Zadok priesthood is to minister unto the Lord as described in Ezekiel 44.

But the Levitical priests, the sons of Zadok, who kept charge of My sanctuary when the sons of Israel went astray from Me, shall come near to Me to minister to Me; and they shall stand before Me to offer Me the fat and the blood,” declares the Lord GOD. They shall enter My sanctuary; they shall come near to My table to minister to Me and keep My charge. (Ezek 44:15-16)

This is denoting an emphasis on the five fold ministry of teachers as they prepare the body of Christ to receive the strong Prophetic and Apostolic ministries yet to commence.

The government is coming forth to be properly placed in it’s role as the foundation within the body with Jesus Christ as chief Cornerstone. These will be leaders in whom the Lord has found pleasure and can be trusted with the power and authority necessary for kingdom purposes to be accomplished in the earth. Presently, these emerging leaders are in a season of pruning and sifting— forging their character to carry this distinct anointing.

They will be the judges and counselors who will not judge by what their eyes see nor what their ears hear, but in righteousness make judgements of equity and justice. The refiners fire is thoroughly purifying these leaders so the anointing would not be lost nor the wineskins destroyed for lack of character. It will be a true impartation of the divine nature and Holy character established in the spirit and soul of the Lord’s leadership.

MEASURES OF JUDGEMENT

In this year’s revelations, the Lord signified the continuing judgments striking through the pattern of natural disasters we have already seen. Weather will be increasingly volatile with droughts in certain areas while floods in another. Even pestilence will increase in it’s magnitude along with heightened earthquake activity. The admonition to the church is to keep our eyes focused on the Lord and not allow ourselves to be burdened or anxious about the things going on around us. It will continue to be the “best of times” and the “worst of times.” The best of times for those who walk in purity and righteousness before the Lord and are being led by His Spirit.

Those who have not received the Lord’s salvation and placed their trust in Him will experience increased pressures as the spirit of this world becomes increasingly unstable. There will even be an escalation of demonic spirits loosed against the mental, physical, financial, social, emotional and sexual well-being of people.

These arenas of life constituting that “which we are” and those things “which we do” will experience increased pressure driving people to the cross for their deliverance and salvation.

THE BOOK OF ACTS

There seemed to be an emphasis on the book of Acts this year depicting the anointed acts of the Lord’s church maturing, to prepare us for the things shortly to be released from heaven’s resources.

You are My battle-ax and weapons of war: for with you I will break the nation in pieces; with you I will destroy kingdoms; With you I will break in pieces the horse and its rider; with you I will break in pieces the chariot and its rider; With you also I will break in pieces man and woman; with you I will break in pieces old and young; with you I will break in pieces the young man and the maiden; With you also I will break in pieces the shepherd and his flock; with you I will break in pieces the farmer and his yoke of oxen; and with you I will break in pieces governors and rulers. (Jeremiah 51:20-23)

We are to be the Lord’s “battle-axe” and the weapons of His warfare. We are to be the instruments that He will use to accomplish His purposes in the earth. With our words the Lord will begin to prune the unfruitful trees and even lay the axe to the root of the religious tree exposing it for what it is .

The spirit of religion will begin to be recognized more fluently as the counterfeit of the true anointing that should rightfully be embraced by the Lord’s people. Many of the counterfeit spirits operating in the church will become increasingly less effective and revealed as a thief. Truth from the book of Acts will be utilized to lay the axe to the root of the religious tree so the emerging, anointed tree of Life can become more clearly visible.

The church is going to be forced to embrace the ministry of healing and deliverance because of the great pressures that will placed upon people. We must become the church depicted in the book of Acts and the needs of humanity will dictate it. The miracles, signs and wonders wrought by the hands of the Apostles depicted in the Book of Acts, will become essential for our well-being. These things will begin to surface in a more pronounced way this year and will increase in the coming years.

THOSE WHOM HE APPROVES

The Lord will place this spiritual “Axe” in the hands of those whom He has approved and prepared for this purpose. These will be “commissioned ones” according to I Cor. 11:18-19.

For, in the first place, when you come together as a church, I hear that divisions exist among you; and in part I believe it. For there must also be factions among you, so that those who are approved may become evident among you.

The schisms and divisions in the body of Christ will exist until the true anointing draws the people together around the revealed Word of God and His Holy Spirit.

The main issue developed for the Lord’s approval is His Love. He will approve those in whom He discovers His love. With love, we can be entrusted with the “axe” or spiritual weapons the Lord desires to release to begin the preparatory process for corporate commissioning. It will be the emergence of “Father’s” to whom great spiritual authority can be delegated. The purpose of this leadership is to equip the body for the work of the ministry.

The “fathers” will emerge with Apostolic authority in due time to bring clear revelation of truth that will end controversies and factions that presently exist. The judges and counselors will arise from this process and be appointed by the Holy Spirit to convey divine counsel from the seven-fold Spirit of God. The unprecedented events imminently facing the earth dictate divine counsel in our preparation.

SETTING APART FOR MINISTRY

During this year’s Shepherd’s Rod or Atonement season, many believers are being separated as Paul and Barnabas to be prepared for this work of the ministry.

While they were ministering to the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them. Then, when they had fasted and prayed and laid their hands on them, they sent them away. (Acts 13:2-3)

Those being separated for these purposes are primarily distinguished by their love for the Lord and His people.

The foundation ministries of the Apostles and prophets will begin to discern and expose the false prophetic spirits that exist in the church in the order of Bar jesus.

When they had gone through the whole island as far as Paphos, they found a magician, a Jewish false prophet whose name was Bar-Jesus, who was with the proconsul, Sergius Paulus, a man of intelligence. This man summoned Barnabas and Saul and sought to hear the word of God. But Elymas the magician (for so his name is translated) was opposing them, seeking to turn the proconsul away from the faith. (Acts 13:6-8)

This false anointing weakens the body of Christ producing division and disunity and distracts many from embracing the Spirit of Truth that is being released.

The Sons of Zion will engage the sons of Greece who have received their revelations through sorcery and divination. The scriptures describe this as a “wizard” or sorcery spirit that the Holy Spirit will begin to identify and deal with through His anointed leadership.

For I will bend Judah as My bow, I will fill the bow with Ephraim. And I will stir up your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece; and I will make you like a warrior’s sword. Then the LORD will appear over them, and His arrow will go forth like lightning; and the Lord GOD will blow the trumpet, and will march in the storm winds of the south. (Zech 9:13-14)

This enemy of the cross gave himself the name Elymas as a self-proclaimed man of wisdom. Self-imposed titles and spiritual distinctions that are not assigned by the Holy Spirit, have served as a distraction in the church creating weakness and disillusionment.

This is actually a form of false anointing mingling natural knowledge with spiritual perception masquerading as divinely inspired insight to give credibility to their prophetic ministry. In reality, this bring a reproach on the true prophetic ministry greatly needed in the church. The prophet Joel foretells the end-time generation being distinguished with the spirit of revelation. Nonetheless, the enemy is desiring to release this false prophetic wizard spirit as a detriment to the true.

In many cases those anointed with this false spirit are more articulate and intellectual in their presentation of their gospel and will deceive many if not confronted by the true anointing. (Acts 13:9-10) The confrontation between Paul and Elymas resulted in the conversion of the proconsul and the establishment of truth. Bringing into His light this fashion of spiritual darkness will result in a form of blindness that renders this spirit powerless. Light will always overcome darkness. This spiritual confrontation will begin this year and the years to follow and become more pronounced in the coming seasons.

SECULAR HUMANISM AND OUR LACK OF JUSTICE

The Lord also revealed His desire to deal with secular humanism and expose it’s detrimental fruit. Many have placed their faith in the counsel of secular humanism instead of the revealed word of God. This form of philosophy targets financial and social issues distracting from the true spiritual issues needing to be addressed.

The American justice system will begin to be undermined through various liberal thoughts that will weaken our trust in this system and its ability to render proper justice. Ultimately, it will create distrust in our social structure and seeds of lawlessness conveying the thinking that iniquity is permissible without social consequences. The apparent lack of justice in our Country will promote increased violence and perversion, resulting in a defilement of the land and the plagues the scriptures foretell are the result of these demonic strongholds. It is only through the Holy Spirit that true justice and equity can be rendered.

The fruit of secular humanism in the American school system will become increasingly pronounced since we have in effect removed God from our schools. This evil way of thinking has created an access point to the youth of this country for rebellion and violence. The enemy has utilized this to his great advantage. Satan is trying to destroy the future of our youth with every scheme at his disposal. It is now going to become paramount for the church to pray for our youth and this young generation to embrace the things of the Spirit and reject the spirit of this world.

A clear line of demarcation will be drawn with countless of our young people seeking the counsel of the Holy Spirit while others the counsel of spiritualist, fortune-tellers and false prophets. This will earmark the great battle for our young people that must be won through prayer and the demonstration of the Spirit. Acts 13 clearly distinguishes these two spirits. Paul being filled with the Holy Spirit presented the truth while “bar-jesus” filled with a false spirit brought deception, division and unbelief.

True prophetic ministry can be distinguished and judged by it’s fruit. Likewise false prophetic ministry can also be distinguished by it’s fruit. This distinction must be made for us to proceed to the next level in the Spirit.

THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY AND FOREVER

Modern medicine will continue to encounter more difficulty as the antibiotics presently utilized will become increasingly less effective. These will continue to erode the confidence placed in the abilities of man and require people to return to a faith in God. Much of what is coming upon the world will require faith in the God of healing because modern medicine will not be the all inclusive remedy.

The healing ministry will begin to become more pronounced and will escalate with increasing measure in the coming years. The question is being asked, Whose report will you believe? Will you believe the medical reports or the reports that say you can be healed.

Absolute faith in the unlimited power of the Holy Spirit must be established in our hearts and minds to encounter the issues of this generation. We will also see a lack of confidence being initiated in our financial system. Notwithstanding, He is the same yesterday, today and forever and with Him there is nothing impossible. He can furnish all our needs according to His riches in glory.

PEACE THROUGH UNDERSTANDING

The Holy Spirit is going to release divine understanding to His church producing a level of peace. Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful. (John 14;27)

By understanding the issues and consequences of the spiritual conditions around us, we gain a divine peace through this recognition. We must likewise resist the tendency toward fear as these difficulties and confrontations begin to escalate around us. We must be strong and of good courage, embracing the revelation of His word and the understanding given to us through the Holy Spirit.

He has overcome the world, therefore we can rest in the assurance of His victory. We become “overcomers” when we find our rest in Him and His rest in us. We can embrace the boldness of His Lion-like qualities through prayer and intimacy with Him. In so doing, nothing will intimidate us, because of that relationship.

There will be a marked increase in understanding and revelation of the— Fatherhood of God.

You heard that I said to you, “I go away, and I will come to you.’ If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced because I go to the Father, for the Father is greater than I. (John 14:28)

It was the Lord’s purpose to reveal the Father to His people. The Holy Spirit is going to release substantial understanding to the emerging leadership that will paint a more clear portrait of our heavenly Father. We will begin to see the heart of the Father and do nothing but what we see Him doing and speak only that which we hear coming from His heart.

Now I have told you before it happens, so that when it happens, you may believe. I will not speak much more with you, for the ruler of the world is coming, and he has nothing in Me; (John 14:29-30)

The Holy Spirit has foretold many of the things that are coming so that when they do emerge we will not be overcome by them nor find ourselves in fear or anxiety. The enemy had no place in the Lord into which he could sink his hooks of rebellion and corruption. We will likewise begin to see the perfection of our souls to the place that the enemy would find no access in us into which he can sink his seeds of rebellion, if we allow this refining work of the Spirit.

It will be the role of leadership to teach the church to hear from the Lord for themselves. A grace is going to be released for believers to hear His voice as He knocks upon their door desiring to dine with them. All who seek shall find and to those who ask…it shall be given. If you seek a hearing ear you will receive it if you seek it with all of your heart.

The breath of God which produces understanding is going to blow upon us freeing us from those things previously inhibiting our spiritual growth.

PURGED, PURIFIED AND REFINED

A great emphasis will be placed upon the refining work of the Holy Spirit as the church is purified for His indwelling Presence.

Many will be purged, purified and refined, but the wicked will act wickedly; and none of the wicked will understand, but those who have insight will understand. (Dan 12:10)

And he said to me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time (the time when things are brought to crisis) is near. Let the one who does wrong, still do wrong; and the one who is filthy, still be filthy; and let the one who is righteous, still practice righteousness; and the one who is holy, still keep himself holy. (Rev 22:10-11)

There is an emphasis on the word “crisis” pointed to in this scripture. As we go from one difficult issue to another, it will produce an increasing measure of faith in us necessary for our high calling. A great opportunity of grace is being released to the church, if we will embrace it, for the purpose of purification. This will begin the process of separating the precious from the worthless.

As stated previously, the primary attribute that He is looking for is— divine love. There will be great reward for those who have allowed His love to be established in them. When we become thus equipped, our hearts will reach out to the needs of those around us as we impart healing, salvation and deliverance to this lost world.

FURNISHED WITH UNDERSTANDING

Presently, our spiritual house has been somewhat empty. However, the Holy Spirit is releasing understanding to us to “furnish” us with the treasures of wisdom and knowledge and living understanding, hidden in Christ.

By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; And by knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches. (Prov 24:3-4)

The “word of knowledge” is an invitation but the “word of wisdom” is the application of it. With understanding we can begin to accomplish God’s purposes and furnish His spiritual house with the treasures of heaven. Our previous lack of “comprehension” has greatly inhibited our ability to be the bright shining light in this dark world. This is beginning to change. The Lord is bringing forth a people of great spiritual understanding that will become beacons of light in the midst of deep darkness.

Substantial illumination by the Spirit of Truth will produce this great light. For you light my lamp; the LORD my God illumines my darkness. (Ps 18:28) In 1987, a sign was given in the heaven’s to distinguish this great spiritual truth. The super nova that was discovered is a spiritual sign to us. Shortly after it’s discovery, the scientist observed a brilliant quasar of blue light. The quasar is symbolic of “heaviness” denoting the heavy presence of God’s glory. Heavy glorious light is coming to the church distinguished by these spiritual signs.

The heavenly Father is going to unleash great spiritual authority with divine revelation as the hearts of men come into agreement with the purposes of God. This merger or union between heaven and earth will produce the great miracles, signs and wonders prophesied for this generation. When we agree with God, we are in actuality agreeing to love. Through this compassion and divine attribute we will unleash the great resources of heaven for the vast need of humanity. The miracles, signs and wonders are not the end in themselves but the by product of the expression of divine love through His people. Healing is always birthed through compassion.

The scriptures point out, “the heavens are telling of the glory of God; and their expanse is declaring the work of His hands.” (Ps 19:1) There will begin to be increasing expressions of God’s glory in the church. This will be particularly true in intercessory meetings as divine purposes will be birthed through prayer and travail. These manifestations of intercessory prayer will be visited with measures of divine glory that will increase as we are established in agreement with Him. Many of the storms and heavenly signs will depict the reality of His glory beginning to visit the earth.

Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all the peoples. For great is the LORD and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but the LORD made the heavens. (Ps 96:3-5)

Clouds of enlightenment will begin to shine on the church as His countenance is conveyed to us.

The LORD bless you, and keep you; The LORD make His face shine on you, and be gracious to you; The LORD lift up His countenance on you, and give you peace. (Num 6:24-26)

An emphasis is being placed upon this prominent divine blessing. We should all be encouraged to continually pray this over our congregation, family, and friends. During this season, we will begin to see an increased measure of the Lord’s enlightenment as His countenance shines upon us, bringing illumination and insight. This will produce the understanding He is desiring to release in the earth.

PSALMS 96

New songs will be expressed from the heart of the church through praise and worship birthed through the understanding He is going to give us.

Sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth. Sing to the LORD, bless His name; proclaim good tidings of His salvation from day to day. (Ps 96:1-2)

An increased emphasis on power evangelism worldwide will increase as the glory is unleashed through intercessory prayer. Power evangelism is the appearance of heavenly power drawing the people to the cross by the demonstration of the Spirit. As meetings are held and manifestations of His glory emerge, sinners will come to the alter for salvation and deliverance. We will begin to see the infancy of this now, but it will increase in the coming years.

For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but the LORD made the heavens. Splendor and majesty are before Him, strength and beauty are in His sanctuary. Ascribe to the LORD, O families of the peoples, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. Ascribe to the LORD the glory of His name; bring an offering and come into His courts. Worship the LORD in holy attire; tremble before Him, all the earth. (Ps 96:5-9)

Psychologist have determined that depression results when darkness covers a region without sunlight for an extended period of time. Likewise, this occurs in the spirit. When spiritual darkness covers the earth for an extended period of time without the “son’s light,” then great spiritual depression results. As individuals begin to draw near to God, He will draw near to them making them a light that will attract many.

The “offering” the Lord is desiring is ourselves. The only thing we can legitimately offer Him that is not already His, is our hearts…yielding our will to the will of the Father. When this becomes reality, we will begin to worship Him in the beauty of holiness, allowing Him to accomplish through us kingdom purposes.

Say among the nations, “The LORD reigns; indeed, the world is firmly established, it will not be moved; He will judge the peoples with equity. (Ps 96:10)

Presently, there is a substantial void concerning justice in the world. Nonetheless, righteousness and justice are the very foundation of His throne. These will begin to emerge as the church becomes the standard of righteousness foretold in scripture. Even so, the world will hate this form of justice and equity because it will expose the deeds of this world.

Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; let the sea roar, and all it contains; (Ps 96:11)

Although there will be many natural and spiritual storms depicted by the roaring seas, the faithful church will survive these storms. The Father’s love for us will see to it. Here, seas can also represent the nations of people in turmoil and an uproar concerning the things taking place in the earth. This will result in amplified emotions on the part of those who have not anchored themselves in Christ.

The spirit of anger will run rampant through the unsanctified soul as the conditions in the earth become too much for many to handle. Many will turn to drugs, alcohol and prescription medication as a counterfeit remedy to settle their turbulent emotions. This year and the coming years will see this continue to escalate. This will cause some who have straddled the spiritual fence to take one side or the other. The times will no longer allow for lukewarm Christianity. We must either be blistering hot or we will find ourselves overcome by these things.

Let the field exult, and all that is in it. Then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy Before the LORD, for He is coming, for He is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in His faithfulness. (Ps 96:12-13)

We are to be the trees of righteousness and the planting of the Lord. This will produce great joy in our praise as we plant ourselves in Him and enjoy the fruit of His blessings. Everyone is called to a place of praise and worship in one form or another. The scriptures promise the Lord will come to govern and judge the earth in righteousness and justice and the people with faithfulness and truth. That is the attribute of those who ride the white horse of Revelation 19:11 with the Lord. All who ride this horse and accompany the Lord in this great battle will be described as faithful and true.

Very often, a white horse symbolizes a sovereign move of the Spirit of Truth and power. It is a sanctified movement of the Holy Spirit in the earth. The Lord is desiring to ride in “saddle” of our minds producing a faithful and true spirit within us. In us and through us, the Lord will ride on victoriously for the cause of truth, humility, and righteousness. (Psalm 45:4)

When we let the Spirit produce faithfulness and truth in us, it will direct our paths and give understanding of the Father’s perfect will, which we will begin to do in absolute obedience.

THE LORD HIGH AND LIFTED UP

In the following portion of the vision, Bob saw the Lord high and lifted up on the cross. He could actually view the Lord’s battered face and the insufferable brutality inflicted upon Him. His brow was so badly battered that one could actually see His scull. His face was horribly marred beyond recognition. His chin was gashed open with blood freely flowing from it and His eyes were coated in blood from the crown of thorns.

The crown of thorns seemed to depict something quite significant; It reminds us that He has freed us from the law and releases us into grace. It was written in the Old Testament that we would eat our bread by the sweat of our brow. Thanks be to God we now have abundant grace that allows us to live according to His statutes by the impartation of His strength. The thorns were excruciatingly painful for the Lord; yet He gladly paid this price on our behalf.

It was evident the grief and pain was almost unbearable for His natural body. In the vision, Bob actually saw the Lord lifting His head in this condition and crying out, “Father, forgive them”. This seemed to indicate a release of great grace for forgiveness during the coming season. As we come to the Lord in a true heart of repentance, abundant grace will be provided to forgive us our past sins and position us on a path of righteousness.

It will also be a time for believers to forgive the many ways we have mistreated and offended one another. Many have given lip service and expressed forgiveness, yet continued to embody unresolved anger in their spirits, resulting in a veil over their soul distorting their view of the Lord. If we will embrace it, we will find great grace for the forgiveness of others and obtain forgiveness for ourselves.

This portion of the visions also depicted notable deliverance for those who will come to the cross and accept the great sacrifice the Lord made in their behalf. His beaten and battered body was clearly depicted to illustrate the freedom we can have in Him through faith. Deliverance ministries will now begin to find a greater grace to set people free from the addictions and afflictions of the enemy. However, forgiveness will continue to be a central theme essential for the release of this freedom and liberty.

If we truly express forgiveness it should be the reflection of our inner conviction laying a foundation for the divine love essential for end-time ministry. The Lord is calling for the “worst of saints” to become the “best of saints” through the embracing of the cross. Some who were the greatest enemies of the cross will now become its greatest ambassadors.

There is a great need for corporate repentance for our sins and those of our spiritual father’s. Forgiveness will lay the foundation for this divinely granted repentance. No matter how terribly we have been wronged, it can not compare with the injustice placed upon the Lord and His sufferings on the cross. If we can fathom and comprehend that reality, it will make our ability to forgive much easier. None of us have experienced the injustice the Lord did. Therefore we should freely forgive those who have abused us and despitefully used us, and even bless them by the Spirit.

So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you. (Col 3:12-13)

When we ask the Father to forgive those who have wronged us, from a heart of sincerity, it releases them from that judgement and opens the corridor for spiritual blessings. As we do this, we will then begin to take on the divine nature and holy character of Christ that He reflected for us on the cross. Words are inadequate to suitably describe the horrible sufferings and brutality inflicted upon the Lord at Golgotha. In seasons of prayer and worship many will begin to receive visions and images of the Lord’s terrible suffering. As this occurs, many of the nervous and emotional problems presently in the church will begin to dissipate through forgiveness and releasing unresolved anger.

Pray, then, in this way: “Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

As we embrace the principles of forgiveness, we will also begin to manifest His kingdom in the earth. His kingdom will come and His will done on the earth as it is in heaven through the impartation of His divine attributes. When we forgive others their trespasses against us we will likewise receive the forgiveness of our own.

Many of the anointed teachers will discover great insights in the Lord’s prayer and impart it to the body in the coming season. This will become reality through the expression of it’s truth actually manifested in the people. It will not merely be the recital of words, but the expression of sincere hearts.

NO CONDEMNATION

The Holy spirit is indicating the enemies intent to use condemnation on a heightened scale to assault not only those in the world, but also many in the church who do not hide themselves in Christ.

Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death. (Rom 8:1-2)

Conversely, those who are experiencing the spirit of condemnation can find great liberty and freedom this year through the grace of the Lord. Many will begin to lose their minds. Those without Christ will find mental distress difficult to contain. Nonetheless, those who have fully yielded themselves to the Lord will lose their mind only to gain His. Extreme condemnation will put the kind of pressure on people that would cause them to lose their mind unless they embrace the cross. Mens hearts will fail them for fear of the things soon coming to the earth.

Those who emphatically embrace the cross and wholly yield themselves to the Lord, will begin to experience the reality of “The freewoman’s son”. Symbolically, we are typified as the children of Sarah and heirs of the promise and joint heirs with Christ. Isaac means laughter, depicting the great joy and gladness coming to the body of Christ despite the circumstances in the world. As we partake of the revelation of the freewoman’s son, we will be freed from condemnation and rejection. As we do so, we will begin to take on the divine nature of Christ and become trustworthy stewards of the mysteries and power of God. This freedom and grace being released to us however is not a license to sin. Rather, it is the ability to be free from the condemnation of sin and live before the Lord with a pure heart and with right motives.

For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and {as an offering} for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, so that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. (Rom 8:3-4)

It is through the law of the spirit of Life that you become Christ-like and quickened by His indwelling presence. In this place of power, the germs, viruses and diseases of this world will find no breeding ground nor ability to thrive. It is through the law of the spirit of Life that we have divine health and the power to lay hands on the sick and see them recover. The Lord is going to lay the axe to the chains of bondage that have kept the body of Christ bound, unproductive, immature, weak and faithless.

WARNING ABOUT SELFISH AMBITION

Leaders who have allowed selfish ambition to enter into the heart of their ministry will find it increasingly difficult to prosper in the coming season. To no longer be able to function in this deception is actually a blessing, so these areas can be identified and proper repentance expressed. The Bible describes this type of ministry as a “hireling”. The Lord is going to begin to deal with the hireling type ministries in the church because of the great detriment it is to the body of Christ. Ultimately, the Lord desires the full restoration of these ministry gifts to a place of purity and fruitfulness.

The Spirit seems to be saying, those who do not grow in love will grow cold. Without the Holy Spirit we will discover great barrenness. Hopefully, this will produce repentance and submission to the Spirit so these ministry gifts can serve productively in kingdom purposes.

If repentance does not take place, there will be a demotion for these ministries who have allowed selfish ambition, competition, division, jealousy and envy to creep in. Although, the ministry may have started in sincerity, seeds of destruction are often sown through the enemies crafty devices. An opportunity for repentance will be granted and those seeds extracted; However, if it is not embraced these ministries will find it becoming very cold spiritually. Leadership who will honestly evaluate themselves and determine if this is in fact true, will be well advised to consider taking a leave of absence for 6 months to a year. During this time, repentance and prayer can restore their ministry as a abundant blessing to the church.

He who separates himself seeks his own desire, He quarrels against all sound wisdom. (Prov 18:1)

It will likewise become increasingly difficult for “lone rangers” to continue to minister without the covering and protection of a team. In this place of security, we can pray for one another and discern the strategies of the enemy more easily as he cleverly plots to deceive God’s people…especially leadership.

Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the LORD, and He will have compassion on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. (Isa 55:7)

If the wicked do not forsake their ways and the unrighteous man his thoughts, they will end up in a “spiritual blizzard” even in the heart of summer days. This will be a cold and unfeeling anointing that will clearly identify their spiritual condition. This will not be a time to run ahead of the Lord, but rather wait upon Him for the appropriate timing of His release. The Lord Himself provided this ultimate example by doing nothing but what He saw the Father doing and saying only those things He heard through the Holy Spirit. He did all things in union and in agreement with the Father.

COMING OF FROGS

During this portion of the visions, Bob saw the onslaught of evil spirits depicted in the form of frogs. In the natural, frogs carry diseases and even poisons of the highest caliber. Some frogs actually have a poison greater than that of a cobra.

One of the plagues in Egypt was the invasion of frogs which is a counterpart to the ‘fish,’ which represents grace. If the grace of God has been rejected, then its counterpart in the evil arena will be embraced, represented by the frog. When the grace has departed for a nation or geographic area, the “frogs” are released very often in the form of sexual perversion, violence and lawlessness. Frogs are also a symbol of divination which will become increasingly apparent. The church will also begin to combat this evil opposition through intercessory prayer and the increased authority given to her.

The church is an expression of the Lord’s grace to the earth; for it is through the church that His light will shine. If the Lord can find just a few righteous in an area He will continue the grace and will begin to show mercy. Even for this nation, grace can be obtained if the people will repent and embrace His truth. We have a biblical pattern in the person of Daniel, who repented and admonished the people to embrace the truth released to them through the Lord’s servants, the prophets. (Daniel 9)

In many areas, the grace for this nation has expired and evil spirits represented by frogs are being released. This is a limited expression of judgement aimed at drawing the people’s attention to a place of repentance so the mass judgement this nation deserves can be curtailed if not alleviated. The Lord is showing incredible mercy and restraint as it relates to this nation. If we will recognize the pending judgement and initiate divinely granted repentance on our behalf and that of our nation, then there can be a release of glory and revival throughout this land once again.

Likewise, the church must also begin to utilize the authority delegated to her to take the demonic influences out of storms and other disasters that amplify its effect. As the Lord was on the Sea of Galilee, He rebuked the demonic inspiration behind the storm and brought a level of peace. Although the Lord is releasing expressions of judgement, the enemy also enters these arenas with demonically inspired storms and calamities which we can alleviate through prayer and the appropriation of our divine authority.

GLORY ON INTERCESSION

This year will begin to see increased expressions of the Lord’s glory on intercessory prayer meetings and even individuals who enter this arena of warfare. An increased element of faith will be delegated to these ministers and ministries called to the forefront of intercession. The impartation of divine expectancy will allow them to even move spiritual mountains and storms through appropriated faith and prayer.

One of the primary objectives of the enemy is to motivate the Lord’s anointed to get ahead of Him and attempt to birth spiritual objectives prematurely. In reality this will result in aborted objectives and spiritual miscarriage. The church must learn the art of waiting on the Lord to receive His counsel in bringing to life the spiritual purposes conceived in the heart of believers through prayer and intercession.

There will actually be some immature Christians with a gift of revelation who prophesy from a spirit of divination thinking that it is the Holy Spirit. Matthew 24 points out there is a spirit so close to the real that it would deceive the very elect, if possible. Many well intentioned Christians will actually prophesy things from the demonic realm thinking it is a word from the Holy Spirit. We must begin to develop the discernment to distinguish the two. By appropriating His divine wisdom, we will learn to be led by the Holy Spirit and allow Him to be Lord of the church and of His body. He is the Shepherd and we are the sheep of His pasture.

FALSE LIGHT

This year and the coming season will see an increase in “false light” masquerading as truth in the church. Even the New Age movements will move into arenas of greater deception and expansion of followers. Dark light is actually revelation received in the soul of man rather than the spirit. It is in the soul of man that demonic influences are able to express themselves as angels of light while the Holy Spirit works through the spirit. We see a prototype of this ministry in Elymas. One is earthy in nature the other spiritual.

Very often the soulish influences incorporate showmanship and a desire to be in the forefront, as opposed to the humility characterized in the Lord’s anointed leadership. One will draw people to themselves and the other will lead them to the Lord. False leadership anointed with this type spirit will actually move into the arena of “professionalism”. This is a form of ministry distinguished by developing to an art— Expression and Presentation. Sincere Christians, on the other hand, can be anointed with a spirit of excellence desiring to do all things well; Yet, being led by the Spirit and sensitive to the desires of the Holy Spirit in each individual service.

A ministry anointed with this spirit of “professionalism” will have a man orchestrated order of worship with a certain number of songs and a certain prayer written and rehearsed to perfection. This leadership will leave no room to flow with the Holy Spirit, but will follow only his soulish agenda.

Conversely, God’s light is pure and holy. The Holy Spirit in our spirit communicates with our soul through the “Logos” revelation of His word. The Lord will never contradict His word. In many respects, our spirit is like a pool of water into which satan will attempt to impart “ frogs’ which we must continually expel through— “It is written”. The enemy will continue to aspire to impart his thoughts of lust, jealousy and selfish ambition, trying to find an outlet for his evil agenda.

We must bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ and keep the spring of water within our soul pure. Out of our innermost being shall flow rivers of Living water for others to drink from. The Holy Spirit in our spirit is where the “Rhema” of God originates giving expression to the “Logos”. Naturally, all “Rhema” must be filtered through the “Logos.”

CLEANSING THE SOUL

The Lord is looking for men and women who live in agreement with Him and stand before Him as His spokesmen. In this place, we become the expression of His voice. That is why the intercessory ministry is going to receive indications of God’s glory, as we pray in agreement with Him, birthing His purposes in the earth. When we pray by inspiration we will then determine the direction and counsel of the Holy Spirit. Intercession by inspiration will not miss in direction. This is what will produce God’s glory.

Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. (II Cor. 7:1)

The demonically inspired “dark light” will send deluding influences into the soul of man with delusions of grandeur. That is why we must continually cleanse ourselves from all that would contaminate and defile both body and spirit. Delusions of grandeur and deceptions result in the manipulation of the church body through “selfish ambition” and “self justification.” This will utilize the “control” and “religious” spirits to accomplish a counterfeit agenda.

The Lord’s servants will always be meek and teachable. The Holy Spirit is calling us back to the place of a humble heart and a contrite spirit, trembling at the Word of the Lord. From this place of consecration, we will easily determine the demonic influences the enemy tries to initiate in us and can quickly dispel them— keeping us hallowed before the Lord. This year will begin to see an emphasis on the aspect of— purification and cleansing of the soul. As we do, we will begin to grow in the things of God and partake of His divine nature and Holy character. Now is the time to cease from playing games and become the powerful church prophesied in scripture. The issues of this generation are serious and dictate that we likewise respond to the times and seasons in which we are living. As we follow the admonitions of the Lord, we will begin to understand His ways and partake of His thoughts. If we desire to become clean in our souls and spirits, the grace will be present to accomplish that lofty goal.

The Lord is promising to reveal His thoughts and His ways, which are much higher than ours. His is a “higher way” of holiness. It is to this place that we are being beckoned. This year will be a profitable year and the seasons to follow will result in many being commissioned into the purposes of God, bearing abundant fruit to His glory. Beginning this year and the immediate years to follow, many who are on the back side of desert will be brought into the forefront and initiated into their calling and purpose. The Lord’s glory is about to be revealed to man.
