The Shepherd’s Rod 1999

One of the most important words for this year is the promised release of genuine Holy Spirit POWER. Power that travels with the speed of thought. Power to confront. Power to read people’s hearts. Power to run through a troop of the enemy and power to jump over their walls. Power to bless and power to curse. This power to curse is a righteous power from the Holy Spirit enabling the church to curse sickness and disease and all the power of the evil one.

Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. (Luke 10:19)

{You know of} Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and {how} He went about doing good, and healing all who were oppressed by the devil; for God was with Him. (Acts 10:38)

The Lord is going to release the power and authority to curse all that is in opposition to His purposes in the church and on the earth. There is coming power to “open” and power to “close.”

“Then I will set the key of the house of David on his shoulder, when he opens no one will shut, when he shuts no one will open. “And I will drive him {like} a peg in a firm place, and he will become a throne of glory to his father’s house. (Isaiah 22:22-23)

There is approaching from heaven a constant flow of power…Righteous power derived through TRUTH.

At this juncture of the vision the Lord presented old bond servants who had faithfully served Him. This group consisted of both men and women who had been bond servants to the Lord, faithfully serving Him predominately through intercessory prayer. These loyal servants will be given the opportunity of planting seeds for the coming harvest, before they are called home to their reward. These men and women will plant seeds that will be divinely protected and will not be devoured nor destroyed.

After that, a great thirst came upon Bob and he was given ice to quench this thirst. When our Lord hung on the cross, brutally beaten and torn, He cried out “I thirst”. Through this vision I was somehow allowed to experience, at least to some measure, the thirst that the Lord experienced while on the cross. Immediately prior to the release of His Spirit to the care of the Father and the death of His flesh, the Lord cried out in thirst. This signifies the death of the old man for many…The old fleshly nature crying out one last time.

In the vision instead of being given water, Bob was given ice. The ice also symbolized considerable ice storms and flooding that will imminently be coming to our nation.

With the coming power to the body there will also arrive a corresponding power to shake the oil cartels of the world. Not only will this effect the oil producing nations but also the great manufacturers of massive equipment supporting this industry. This will create a tremendous shaking of the American economy producing a ripple effect throughout many industries.

This power will also create a sizeable shaking in the mega-ministries that have not been totally faithful in the provision entrusted to them. The coming power will produce many good and profitable things, likewise, it will also shake all that can be shaken. The ministries that have taken the Lord’s provision and consumed it on themselves rather than dispensing it on those for whom it was intended ,will see considerable shaking through the release of this divine power.

And His voice shook the earth then, but now He has promised, saying,” Yet once more I will shake not only the earth, but also the heaven.”And this {expression} “Yet once more,” denotes the removing of those things which can be shaken, as of created things, in order that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. (Hebrews 12:26-27)

We will not get what we want, instead we will receive what we need. We will be granted provision that is spiritually beneficial for us, though not necessarily appealing to our desires. The Lord will prepare a table for us in the presence of our enemies.

Thou dost prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; Thou hast anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows. (Psalms 23:5)

The Lord is going to prepare a table for us and it will consist of that which is good, beneficial and healthy to our spirit, soul, and body. When Daniel and his three friends were led into captivity, they refused the delicacies of Babylon. Instead, they insisted upon the vegetables that were sanctified for them according to the Word of God. Daniel refused the intoxication of Babylon and chose the “simplicity & purity of devotion”.

The church must refuse the delicacies offered by “Babylon” and consume only that which has been sanctified by the Spirit and the Word. It is mandatory that we begin to train our spiritual ears to hear, not necessarily what we want to hear, rather, what we need to hear in order to survive that which is soon coming to the earth.

It is essential to develop an appetite like the Lord’s when He was on the earth…to do the will of the Father. Our spiritual diet should consist of divinely granted provision essential to our spiritual health and well-being. Our Savior’s plans for us are for welfare and not calamity, to give us a future and a hope.

In so doing, our countenance will become illuminated and visibly apparent because of God’s favor and good pleasure. Our earnest prayer should be for the grace to yield our will to the will of the Father and receive from Him that which we need to become spiritually fit. Our own human wisdom is not sufficient to even know how we should pray concerning the unprecedented events soon approaching. Only the release of the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation can equip us suitably.

The Lord placed a plate of vegetables in front of Bob on which Daniel and his friends were willing to survive. These were not things that were appealing to the appetite but were essential for good health. So shall it be with us spiritually. Proper spiritual nutrition will develop maturity, equipping us for the coming warfare. Strong meat will be given to the coming apostles and prophets but it will be released to the body only as the body achieves maturity and able to consume it without harm. The end result will be the emergence of healthy Christians and a more glorious church.

Despite all of the travail in the world and the world systems, the church will develop in maturity and divine favor. We must, however, enter in according to the Lord’s prescribed manner.

The U.S. will now begin to see its journey into captivity commence. Those who have not prepared themselves according to God’s formula will begin to see the various departments of there lives entering into captivity. Spiritual, mental, physical, social, emotional, and sexual realms will all come into captivity.

America itself will begin to see the beginning stages of emotional, financial, and spiritual bondage.

Even the social, emotional and sexual realms which have seemingly run rampant and unchecked will now enter into a form of captivity and bondage that will clearly demonstrate God’s justice.

The judgements prophesied for this country will now become apparent in the coming season. Some of these judgements are set and will not be changed.

Fortunately, there remains a small opportunity for divinely granted repentance that can change their severity. Many have spurned mercy and grace for the last time and will experience the Lord’s chastening hand. Still others have an opportunity to appeal to the mercy and grace of God and repent for disobedience and unbelief and obtain mercy even in the midst of judgement. This applies not only to the world but also to those in the church who have harbored sin in their lives that the Lord has been attempting to deal with for years.

Not only is the Lord interested in our actions but also in our motives. We must be willing to allow the Holy Spirit to deal with the issues of our heart that have been contrary to His divine nature. There must come a death to the old unregenerated nature and self-gratification to become a sanctified vessel suitable for the Holy Spirit if we hope to survive the intense times ahead.

Even in the midst of the coming judgements, decisions can still be made that will temper the magnitude. If America will repent and willingly send the gospel into the far corners of the earth, then the judgement can be appeased. However, if America continues in hardness of heart, then she will go into captivity and will be sent, but as “slaves”. Instead of being independent and providing a source for the world, she will become dependent and rely upon others for her sustenance.

This year America will begin to experience the betrayal of her allies. “I called to my lovers, {but} they deceived me; My priests and my elders perished in the city, while they sought food to restore their strength themselves. (Lam 1:19) Nations perceived as our friends will be more concerned for their own welfare and will neglect their commitments to America.

We are not going to have our way. America and even the church must learn the reality of submission to God in every department of life. He desires our willing submission spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

The church is so closely interwoven with the world that even the judgements intended for the world will have a subsidiary effect on the church because of this unholy alliance. The church must be separated from the world as Israel was separated from Egypt in the land of Goshen. To the extent that we remain interwoven with the world and its systems so also will the judgements effect the church. The Lord is saying “Come out of her my people, so that you do not partake of her sin”. Separation is required so that we do not partake of the world’s judgement.

The Lord is desiring to prepare a table for us in the presence of our enemies, yet we must be separated completely unto Him in order to join Him at His table. We are to be the light that the world should desire. We cannot be that light if we are also a partaker of the world’s ways.

(Mark 4:18-19) (II Corinthians 6;17-18)

Though in the world, the consecrated believer is not part of the world. The church must be willing to consume that which the Lord sets before us in willing obedience to Him. That is a key message for the coming season – BE YE SEPARATE.

The book given for this year is Lamentations. America will begin to see the early stages of the demise of her strength as she will begin to enter “Captivity”. Even the church shares in this responsibility as God’s people are to be the “light” of a nation. Because of the dis-unity and lack of power in the church as a whole, we have failed to provide the moral leadership necessary for this nation to reach the world with the gospel of power and salvation. As a result, the dirge of Lamentations is the appropriate book for the coming season. Even so, Lamentations also emphasizes the Lord’s faithfulness to His people who have been loyal and obedient to His Voice.

The cloud that will be a provision for the faithful will also produce judgment for this nation as the beginning of decline will be seen in the coming years. The Divine justice that is coming upon the “world” will also be felt in the church to the degree carnality resides in the church. In essence, the judgment is coming upon carnality. Graciously, the Lord continues to give us space to repent and intercede before the Throne of Grace.

A voice then spoke saying ” come out of her my people that you be not partakers of her sin”. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, “Come out of her, my people, that you may not participate in her sins and that you may not receive of her plagues; for her sins have piled up as high as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. (Revelations 18: 4-5)

The people of God must especially deal with unresolved anger and bitterness over the failures of the past. If we are harboring anger or bitterness for any reason, we must take that to the cross and ask for the grace to be released from it so our discernment will be clear and unimpeded. If we desire the Lord’s Mercy we must also be willing to extend Mercy and forgiveness. We will live this year by the fruit of our own lips.

The Lord intends to resolve the wickedness and carnality that exists in His church. The power that is being released in the coming year is designed to reveal and address the deeds of the flesh so that they can be replaced with the fruit of the Spirit.

Lamentations outlines the beginning of captivity for a once powerful and glorious nation. The defenses of the nation were compromised allowing access by the enemy, eventually overthrowing the leadership. The prophets of God are regrettably vindicated as a glorious era comes to an end.

This notable Book records the sufferings and the anxieties of Israel, the destruction of the sanctuary, the cruelty and taunts of the enemies of Israel, especially the Edomites; the disgrace that befell the king and his nobles, priests and prophets, and that, too, not without their own guilt, the devastation and ruin of the country– all this is described, and appeal is made to the mercy of God.

1. How lonely sits the city That was full of people! She has become like a widow Who was once great among the nations! She who was a princess among the provinces Has become a forced laborer!

Our nation has provided a source of plenty for the entire world, however, she will now become dependent upon others to support her.

2. Your prophets have seen for you false and foolish visions; and they have not exposed your iniquity so as to restore you from captivity, but they have seen for you false and misleading oracles. (2:14)

Instead of our captivity being turned away through repentance and reproval of our sins, incorrect security resulted from false visions of favor and well-being.

3. See, O LORD, and look! With whom hast Thou dealt thus? Should women eat their offspring, the little ones who were born healthy? Should priest and prophet be slain in the sanctuary of the Lord? (2:20)

The willful sponsorship of abortion has come before the Lord as a stench in His nostrils. The Lord is compassionate and gracious and full of mercy, yet He will not leave the guilty and unrepentant unpunished.

4. I have become a laughingstock to all my people, their {mocking} song all the day. (3:14)

The Church has been the object of ridicule and derision but that is soon to change with the release of God’s Glory illuminating her to shine in gross darkness.

5. The LORD’S lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, for His compassions never fail.

They are new every morning; great is Thy faithfulness. “The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I have hope in Him.” The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, to the person who seeks Him. It is good that he waits silently for the salvation of the LORD. (3:22-26)

These are promises for those that seek him. Moment by moment he gives us His Mercy and Grace. He will be moved to compassion on behalf of his faithful. Every person will come into a form of captivity this year, either to the Lord or to Satan.

6. Let us examine and probe our ways, and let us return to the LORD. We lift up our heart and hands toward God in heaven; (3:40-41)

This is a time for self-examination for all people, including the Church. Everything revealed that is contrary to His Nature requires repentance and an impartation of virtue to overcome. We must enter in to the rewards of the “Overcomers”.

7. Because of the sins of her prophets {and} the iniquities of her priests, who have shed in her midst the blood of the righteous, they wandered, blind, in the streets; they were defiled with blood so that no one could touch their garments. (4:13-14)

This happened because of the sin of false prophets and the iniquity of the priests who shed the blood of the just and righteous. This chapter is speaking about the sin of a nation embracing falsehood and an un-righteous lifestyle. The people gave attention to their sin of self gratification and refused the righteous standards established by the Word of God.

Many of the prophets have prophesied from within their own soul and neglected the true word of the Lord that the people needed to hear. The people responded to the false prophecy because it tickled itching ears and was what they wanted to hear not what they needed to hear. This is a great atrocity in the eyes of the Lord today, as in Jeremiah’s day.

The Lord then displayed a “Branding Iron” coming from heaven. This symbolic instrument is for the purpose of placing the seal of God upon those who have allowed the purging and consecrating work of the Holy Spirit and lamented over the sins of the church and this nation. This Divine Mark is for the purpose of bearing a clear distinction between those who are wholly His and those who are not.

“You shall also make a plate of pure gold and shall engrave on it, like the engravings of a seal, ‘Holy to the LORD.’ (Exodus 28:36)

And the LORD said to him, “Go through the midst of the city, {even} through the midst of Jerusalem, and put a mark on the foreheads of the men who sigh and groan over all the abominations which are being committed in its midst.” (Ezekiel 9:4)

Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, and the LORD gave attention and heard {it,} and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the LORD and who esteem His name.

“And they will be Mine,” says the LORD of hosts, “on the day that I prepare {My} own possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.”

So you will again distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him. (Malachi 3:16-18)

The Lord has a BOOK of REMEMBRANCE and in it the names are being inscribed of those who have listened obediently to the Voice of the Spirit in the FEAR OF THE LORD and esteemed His name as Holy. Their names are being recorded in this book to clearly distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, clearly displaying those who serve the Lord and those who do not serve Him.

There are many whose reverence for the Lord consists merely in the meaningless repetition of words without regard to their meaning. Then the Lord said, “Because this people draw near with their words and honor Me with their lip service, but they remove their hearts far from me, and their reverence for me consists of tradition learned {by rote,} Therefore behold, I will once again deal marvelously with this people, wondrously marvelous; and the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the discernment of their discerning men shall be concealed.” (Isaiah 29:13-14)

The Lord sees the sincerity of a heart and will distinguish between these by placing His seal of “HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD” upon those who have served Him in righteousness and obedience.

An angelic host will be sent through the earth marking on foreheads the seal of God for those who have groaned and sighed over the abominations being committed in the earth. Especially the abomination of abortion. The blood of the innocent continues to cry out against this nation and will be vindicated.

For the “good” it will be very good this year, for the “bad” it will be very bad and for the “ugly” it will be very ugly. These amplifications will begin to show the clear distinction between those who belong to the Lord and those who do not. For the “GOOD” there will be a release of great power even exceeding the power given to the generation during the 40’s & 50’s. That is our consolation as we begin this season of hardship.

“Thus says the LORD God of Israel, ‘Like these good figs, so I will regard as good the captives of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place {into} the land of the Chaldeans.

‘For I will set My eyes on them for good, and I will bring them again to this land; and I will build them up and not overthrow them, and I will plant them and not pluck {them} up.

‘And I will give them a heart to know Me, for I am the LORD; and they will be My people, and I will be their God, for they will return to Me with their whole heart. (Jeremiah 24:5-7)

A new holy canopy is being released in the church as the apostolic anointing and authority will begin to be revealed with maturity. These will be the good shepherds upon whom the favor of the Lord will be apparent. It will be the mature restoration of the judges and counselors as at the beginning. The last few years have provided a season of preparation and purging for the ones being prepared for this anointing and commissioning.

The coming judges will be apostolic and the counselors will be the prophets. The foundation of the church consists of the apostles and prophets revealing the chief cornerstone, the Lord Jesus. The prophets will emerge first revealing the mind of Christ through Godly counsel during these final days of preparation and release for the apostolic authority. These will appear, anointed with Holy Spirit power displaying the Lord’s victory over demons, disease and death.

The new canopy will be according to (Isaiah 4:4-6). When the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and purged the bloodshed of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and the spirit of burning, then the LORD will create over the whole area of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud by day, even smoke, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory will be a canopy. And there will be a shelter to {give} shade from the heat by day, and refuge and protection from the storm and the rain.

The apostolic anointing will function as cloud by day and the prophet will serve as flaming fire by night. Each of these will provide a canopy of glory over the believers who have been washed and purged by the “spirit of judgement” and the “spirit of burning”. This canopy of glory will provide shade from the heat of judgement and a refuge and protection from the raging storms of persecution and accusation. The Lord will be the light of that canopy and His Glory will provide divine insulation.

From the “good seed” Bob saw children who were the best of all generations. They are the children of promise from Romans 9:8 & Galatians 4:28. Children as young as 6 years old were anointed with awesome power and revelation in this vision. Their revelation came directly from the Lord and their prayers went before Him with unwavering faith. Many of these children will be filled with the Holy Spirit even while in their mother’s womb. Their prayers even carried more power and authority than their parents.

‘But like the bad figs which cannot be eaten due to rottenness– indeed, thus says the LORD– so I will abandon Zedekiah king of Judah and his officials, and the remnant of Jerusalem who remain in this land, and the ones who dwell in the land of Egypt.

‘And I will make them a terror {and an} evil for all the kingdoms of the earth, as a reproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse in all places where I shall scatter them. (Jeremiah 24:8-9)

The bad will be the “dragon seed” that will also come to its maturity during this season. The Lord showed a large egg that has now come to a place of maturity and is going to be hatched. This is an egg of the dragon revealing the spirit of anti-Christ on a level that this generation has not seen before. This is actually the seed of Satan.

Judas Iscariot is a perfect type of this seed incarnate in a man. He actually walked with the apostles, lived among them and even prayed for the sick and cast out demons with an anointing from the Holy Spirit, yet his heart was filled with betrayal. (Matthew 10:1-8)

We will now begin to see betrayal on a level like we have never known before, even from those we perceived were among the Christians.

In the vision, the Lord showed the “Dragon’s egg” to symbolically portray the birthing of a new release of power for the spirit of anti-Christ corresponding with the birthing of God’s apostolic ministry. The spirit of anti-Christ will be anti-anointed. It will work in direct opposition to the Holy Spirit attempting to undermine the purposes of the Father.

This is a religious spirit that operates so close to the genuine Spirit that it would deceive the very elect, if possible. However, the elect possess a discernment that identifies the control and restriction of the spirit of anti-Christ opposed to the liberty that exists in Christ. At the heart of the spirit of anti-Christ resides betrayal.

When the Holy Spirit came to earth on the day of Pentecost in the first century church, the spirit of anti-Christ was released as well. These two spirits have run concurrently throughout history and are beginning to come to a maturity that will prepare this generation for the great end-time battle.

The “dragon seed” or spirit of anti-Christ will possess awesome soul power appealing to the mind, will, and emotions of man rather than to his spirit. The Lord is providing a covering and canopy while the dragon seed is being uncovered with everything that he possesses openly displayed. Witchcraft, sorcery and the control spirit motivated through worldly wisdom will emerge with great maturity and power.

In the midst of this portion of the revelation the Holy Spirit said, “Watch Indonesia”. Apparently, there will be events occurring in Indonesia that will provide insight and discernment dealing with the emergence of the “dragon seed”. Somehow, the coming activities will have spiritual implication that will give us clarity.

‘And I will send the sword, the famine, and the pestilence upon them until they are destroyed from the land which I gave to them and their forefathers.'” (Jeremiah 24:10)

The ugly consist of what we sometimes call “the world”. Biblically, it is prophetically symbolized as Egypt…Those who are outside of the church and do not confess a faith in Christ.

Exceedingly ugly things will begin to occur in the world and on the face of the earth. There will be one emergency after another coming upon the earth. Major catastrophic disasters will escalate in the earth very shortly. These will occur as devastating volcanoes and earthquakes. War, famine, and pestilence will accelerate to new levels with ravaging results.

‘And your strength shall be spent uselessly, for your land shall not yield its produce and the trees of the land shall not yield their fruit.

‘If then, you act with hostility against Me and are unwilling to obey Me, I will increase the plague on you seven times according to your sins.

‘And I will let loose among you the beasts of the field, which shall bereave you of your children and destroy your cattle and reduce your number so that your roads lie deserted. (Leviticus 26:20-22)

Part of the Lord’s judgement is also the release of the “wild beast” running rampant in our streets. This oftentimes represents the human spirit unrestrained resulting in crime, riots, civil commotion, and disturbances of this nature. It will have application to the street violence that is already a national dilemma.

The spirit of “panic” will attack the minds of men with such power that their hearts will fail them for fear. Panic will even attempt to come upon the “Good” in order to try their faith. Those who are cloaked in a canopy of glory will defeat the spirit of panic in their lives. Others who do not will see the power of panic on a new level heretofore unseen.

The spirit of panic will also come upon the “Bad and the Ugly” mandating that they change or perish. The power of death will now be given to the spirit of panic with greatly increased authority. Natural medical remedies that have been prescribed for panic will no longer have the effect and consolation as before. This is a spirit and must be dealt with spiritually.

An especially disheartening portion of the revelations dealt with the bad seed. The Lord revealed that apart from His provision of grace, even the very young among the bad seed will begin to experience sin with incredible depravity. Incredibly, young 9,10, and 11 year old children will begin to experience homosexuality, thievery, lying, and perversion on a scale not yet seen before.

These will seemingly have no conscience of guilt or shame even killing and torturing others without remorse. Many will engage in these abominations simply for the pleasure of it. Numerous of these crimes will also go unreported to the legal authorities because of the unwillingness of the general public to get involved in the protection and welfare of their own communities.

1. The LORD reigns, let the peoples tremble; He is enthroned {above} the cherubim, let the earth shake! (Psalm 99:1)

The good will tremble at the word of God and the bad will shake for fear. The ugly will quake and twist and belch as the earth shakes and spues its fury.

The Lord reigns as the victorious King and great overcomer sitting on His Father’s Throne having ultimate authority. The Lord will rule over his kingdom and the government of God coming to the Earth.

2. The LORD is great in Zion, and He is exalted above all the peoples. (Psalm 99:2)

Zion denotes a “Parched Place” and the place of worship denoting God’s rulership and Kingship. From within the Church one out of a thousand will emerge in maturity as the Lord’s temple, gifted with discernment and with understanding. These will be given insight with understanding manifesting divine wisdom from the sevenfold Spirit of God, as did Daniel . (Daniel 9:22)

“If there is an angel {as} mediator for him, One out of a thousand, to remind a man what is right for him, Then let him be gracious to him, and say, ‘Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom’ (Job 33:23-24)

The discernment from these consecrated ones will be according to the Spirit; not natural human discernment that has its root in suspicion. These will not judge by what their eyes see nor by what their ears hear, but according to what the Spirit reveals.

The Lord stated “What was stolen from us must be restored to us”. The true anointed revelation of visions and dreams with proper interpretation and application giving insight to the body of Christ must be totally restored.

The Lord is going to reveal Himself as a consuming fire purging from us the sinful nature and the impurities of corruption leaving only the gold, silver and precious stones of the divine nature. Those who will allow this spirit of burning to accomplish this task in their lives will receive the empowering of the true prophetic mantle according to Daniel 1:17. The Lord is highly exalted above all of our trouble and worries. He has made the earth His footstool as He sits enthroned above the cherubim.

3. Let them praise Thy great and awesome name; Holy is He. (Psalms 99:3)

The Lord is holy and those who worship Him must do so arrayed in holiness. For this purpose the Lord is releasing to us divinely granted repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth sanctifying us as the habitation of His Spirit.

4. And the strength of the King loves justice; Thou hast established equity; Thou hast executed justice and righteousness in Jacob. (Psalms 99:4)

As the cornerstone stands most perpendicular and exactly proportioned, so the Lord, while holding out grace to believers in the Foundation stone, will judge the scoffers (Isa. 28:15) according to the exact justice of the law.

“And I will make justice the measuring line, and righteousness the level; then hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the secret place. (Isaiah 28:17)

As promised, the Lord is going to deal with the doctrinal error that has been taught as truth in the church. The Lord by His Spirit is going to declare His “Perfect Word”. Righteousness and Justice, the very foundation of His Throne, will be the result.

5. Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at His footstool; Holy is He. (PSALM 99:5)

The Lord is going to release high praise according to (Psalm 149:6 & Revelations 1:16)

The high praises are coming to bring the presence of the Lord with a two edged sword in His hand. With it, blessing and judgement will simultaneously result through His divine justice.

6. Moses and Aaron were among His priests, and Samuel was among those who called on His name; they called upon the LORD, and He answered them.

He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud; they kept His testimonies, and the statute that He gave them. (PSALM 99:6-7)

In previous years we have mentioned the preparation and emergence of the inspired priesthood to provide the Rhema word of God for this season. That order is now coming to a place of maturity and will begin to encounter the Lord in the pillar of cloud receiving the true revelation of the Word and its application for this generation.

The inspired priests will provide a sanctifying Light that will prepare the body in righteousness. Like apples of gold in settings of silver is a word spoken in right circumstances. There is coming the revelation of God’s Truth and His Word to such a degree that the whole world will take notice as the Lord’s priests present the Spoken Word in due season.

The apostolic leadership emerging will provide a pillar of cloud over the body illuminating the hidden manna for this day. The prophets will be as a flame of fire at night displaying awesome power and miracles. The entirety of this ministry must find its origin in Romans 13;10. “Love does no wrong to a neighbor; love therefore is the fulfillment of the law”. This emerging ministry of the apostles and prophets must display divine love born in the heart of the Father. God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son.

Moses is best known in his role as Prophet, Aaron as Priest and Samuel as Judge. These three represent the Priest/Prophet/Judge anointing’s that will be entrusted to this emerging leadership. To each of these three, God proved Himself in Mercy and in Judgement.

The coming apostolic ministers will be as pillar of cloud by day and the anointed prophet will be as a pillar of fire by night. Each will provide a canopy of protection through the Holy Spirit even as Israel was protected during the judgements of Egypt. The shelter of Goshen will become apparent in the coming season. The coming days will actually see the beginning of the captivity for Egypt and the plainly defined provision for God’s people.

The Lord will allow nothing to come upon the earth unless He first reveals His secret counsel to His servants the prophets (Amos 3:7). Moses, Aaron and Samuel each represent types of the coming government. The manner in which the Lord used these men will also portray the coming leadership and God’s dealings with them. He is going to give divinely granted understanding.

The scriptures declare that the breadth of God gives understanding. He is going to breathe upon us to give understanding of these times and the things that we must do to survive and even prosper during this season of judgement.

The obedient church that has hearkened to the voice of the Lord over the past few years will first go into the Lord’s provided place. This will be an arena of refuge, protection, and provision. It will also be a place of intimate fellowship and communion with Him as Friend.

7. O LORD our God, Thou didst answer them; Thou wast a forgiving God to them, and {yet} an avenger of their {evil} deeds. (PSALM 99:8)

We must allow the word of the Lord to cleanse us (John 15:2). We will eat the fruit of our mouths whether good, bad or ugly… that which we speak will dictate our course. If we continue to curse the earth it will persist to bring forth terrible fruit. Out of the abundance of our hearts the mouth will speak. Therefore, our hearts should be filled with the “Rhema” Word of God.

The earth is going to see both the kindness and severity of God. For those who are willing to come to Him through divinely granted repentance according to the prescribed order of the Spirit, then abundant mercy will be provided. However, for those with hardness of heart that refuse the spirit of burning and close their ears to the voice of the Spirit, these will understand that the Lord is an avenger of evil deeds.

8. Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at His holy hill; for holy is the LORD our God. (PSALM 99:9)

Three nines representing the nine fruit of the Spirit, the nine gifts of the Spirit and the nine months of birth for the apostolic order. With the birthing of the apostolic commission will also come the high praises emerging from the “breath of God” giving understanding. As we see the terrible times occurring around us we will also clearly observe the Lord’s canopy of grace protecting us. The natural result will be a heart filled with praise and worship for all that He has wrought in our behalf.

The scriptures declare that Mary believed the Word that was spoken to her and the Holy Spirit overshadowed her in an illuminated cloud imparting the Word within her. The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. This same sequence will occur among the apostolic order that will be soon emerging. We have known for the past three years that the apostolic order would be soon emerging. Those were preparation years cultivating faith, maturity and obedience.

Just as I am without one plea,

But that Thy blood was shed for me,

And that Thou bidst me come to Thee,

O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

Just as I am, and waiting not

To rid my soul of one dark blot,

To Thee whose blood can cleanse each spot,

O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

Just as I am, though tossed about

With many a conflict, many a doubt,

Fightings and fears within, without,

O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

Just am I am, poor, wretched, blind;

Sight, riches, healing of the mind,

Yea, all I need in Thee to find,

O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

Just as I am, Thou wilt receive,

Wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve;

Because Thy promise I believe,

O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

Just as I am, Thy love unknown

Hath broken every barrier down;

Now, to be Thine, yea, Thine alone,

O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

The Lord has given a song for this year. It is JUST AS I AM. All that we have to do is come to the Him just as we are, humbling ourselves under the mighty hand of God seeking the mercy of the Lamb emerging with the virtue of the Lion. We must put no confidence in the flesh and rely solely upon His Spirit to mold and change us into HIS image. To do so, we come just as we are having nothing to offer except a willing heart.

Each morning we should begin our day coming to the Lamb singing “Just As I Am”…asking for the release of His life changing virtue. As we surrender our weakness we will be surrounded in His strength. By yielding to Him in our deficiency, it will break the chains of pride and self sufficiency allowing the release of “Life-Giving Spirit”. Hebrews 11 portrays the Lord’s champions who “From weakness were made strong and became mighty in war.”
